Meet our founder
A tenured coach and expert in consumer psychology
Tiffany Mack is a Certified Coach and Brand Strategist with two decades of experience in marketing, media, coaching, and sales. As the Founder of Over Work, she supports organizations by helping high-potential individuals enhance their executive presence.
In the past, Tiffany has successfully executed corporate initiatives to ensure they meet acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue goals, overseeing multi-million-dollar growth several times over, with award-winning campaigns across several industry verticals.
Throughout her career, she’s worked with organizations committed to improving the world we live in, with missions ranging from cultural competence and community service to training, learning and development work, as well as recruitment marketing and talent acquisition.
Tiffany has B.A.S. in Communications, with a concentration in Public Relations from George Mason University. She is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, specializing in Executive and Leadership Development, Career Management, Strengths Orientation, and Leadership Engagement and Impact, with additional certificates in Personal Branding and Brand Management.
